Volunteers Wanted: Spring Plant Sale 2022
Please volunteer!
Please sign-in at volunteers@oshawagardenclub.ca. This will make it easier for the Plant Sale Committee to notify volunteers with dates, locations, changes and possible weather cancellations
Donate Plants that you plan to divide or remove from your garden. We would also appreciate seedlings. Weather permitting; we hope to accept plants May 9 to 13th
Plant Potting Party will be held the second or third week of May, for those plants donated but not potted up. We will need a few volunteers to help get them organized.
Advertise to your neighbours, friends, and family and pick up a lawn sign
Pick up your lawn sign the week of May 16
Put out your lawn sign on Sunday, May 21
Return your lawn sign after the Sale, deadline June 3.
We need volunteers with larger vehicles or trucks to transport plants to the sale We need help with the set-up and plant organization on Sale day from 8 am – 9:00 am We need volunteers to help with plant sales, first shift 9:00 am – 11.00 am We need volunteers to help with plant sales, second shift 11:00 am – 2:00 pm We need volunteers to help with clean up after 2:00 pm
