Set Up 8 am

Public Hours 9am-2 pm

Clean Up 2-3 pm.

Monday, May 13^th and Friday May 17th

Plant Donations requiring potting up dropped off. Please provide information: your name, name of plant, flower colour if any, growth habits (sun/shade/height)

Tuesday, May 14th Potting Party

Saturday May 18^th Potting Party

Note: If you have plants you are potting up to bring on sale day, please let us know.  If you have more than 10 plants that you will be dropping off Saturday morning they need to be potted in good soil and labelled. There will be a special area designated for drop off for plants not yet priced.

Week of May 13^th —Lawn Sign pick up at May 13^th Meeting or 994 Exeter St., Oshawa L1G7E9

Lawn Signs out on lawn Sunday May 19th. 

Friday May 24^th – Potted Plants are loaded and ready for 8 am delivery to sale.
