Welcome to the Oshawa Garden Club Registration.
You may register with the club via the online portal below or you may download and print the membership form and mail it to us. Mailing instructions are on the form.
To Register Online:
We value your personal information and respect your need for privacy. In this regard, we do not see or store your credit card information. The transaction will be handled by Stripe, used worldwide by companies such as Amazon, Shopify and Uber to process their online payments. Stripe takes most major cards and offers a very favourable transaction rate allowing us to offer you online payment processing for just $1 per transaction.
We’re very confident our partnership with Stripe will benefit our membership with convenience and diversification. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Instructions for Registration
- Please fill in each field completely.
- Fields with a red asterisk * are required fields. You’ll need to fill in these areas or the form will return you to the fields you left blank.
- There are two pages to the form that comes to us. Personal information on the first, your communication preferences on the second as well as your interest in volunteering to make your club stronger.
- The random security question eliminates spam and abuse.
- You will then receive an email (if provided) informing you that your registration and payment have been processed. This also serves as a receipt.
Once your payment has been processed we receive the two pages of your registration application. Your membership card will be provided at the next membership meeting or mailed to the address listed. You will be contacted if we have questions or difficulties.
